Return Policy | Restocking Fee
JDR Parts Barn and Sales LLC
At JDR Parts Barn and Sales LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our return policy below.
Returns Eligibility:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
- All returned items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original, undamaged packaging. Packaging must be intact and in resellable condition. Items that appear used, damaged, or improperly repackaged may be denied a refund.
- Returns will not be accepted without an invoice. Please include a copy of your original invoice in the return package.
- To begin a return, email us at info@jdr-partsbarnandsalesllc.com with your invoice number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions.
Restocking Fee:
- All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- This fee helps cover inspection, handling, and repackaging costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Electrical items, special orders, and clearance items are non-refundable.
- Items that are damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse will not be accepted for return.
Important Notes:
- Returns must be shipped using a trackable service. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
- All communication regarding returns must be handled via email only. We do not offer phone support at this time.
- We're sorry, but we cannot accept returns on special order and/or non-stocking items.
